Legal Question in Technology Law in India
hi,I'm confused regarding my right to self defence so my problem is that if I know that a particular law (I.T.) is being abused which does not stand firm on my democratic rights and also my natural human rights like to socialize with other humans by the law enforcement bodies in that case I wish to know that can I react in self defense with the required force if I feel threatened by their unlawful activity although they claim to be acting out of duty needs.
