right to information act
an application is given to co operative hsg soc. for information on exps incurred by society under rti act in prescribed form affixed with court fee stamp of rs. 10/- but even after one month society committe does not reply, what to do now?

This act is not applicable to housing society.

RTI Act is not applicable to housing society. Nothing can be done.
