on line prize given by foreign agencies.
Sir , on my emial address there many massages of wining millions of doller of prises by foreign lotterysites,game sites,U.S. governtment agencies. what is validity of such sites & if they are fraud what action can take against them?

Those are frauds.NEVER SEND ANY RESPONSE to them nor ever disclose your particulars and personal information.You may lodge complaints on sites and can also file police complaint.

Validity is a big question. Majority of them are marketing gimmicks. SO DONT TRUST THEM and do not click on the link to give the details.Taking action is waste of time.
