computerized excise register is valid or not ? like RG23A-I,II,RG23C-I,II,PLA,RG-I,ER-I ETC.

already replied. better ask the concerned department.
if you are authorised to maintain record on paper then you can keep the record on computer also.
internet is a different issue....
