Legal Question in Technology Law in India
In my previous employment with the company, I had acquired a project for our company.But company was unable to provide the satisfactory completion of the project.In response the projected company filed a case against our company.I am no longer associated with this company but i had been told by my previous compay officials that i might had to come to hear the case.Why I am required in this case?please reply?
