Legal Question in Technology Law in India

I'm an IT professional, and I'm working on an 11 hour shift, 5 times a day.

This company does'nt offer us any privileges such as national holidays. We only got 3 holiday leaves in a year.

Even the sick leaves taken are subsequently met with a penalty in salary.

We're not getting the HRA, Conveyance, LTA, Performance incentives, project bonuses etc. as was promised in our last salary increment. Now we're getting only our basic salary.

And beside all that they're forcing us to work on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays as well, even though they have specified only a 5 day per week shift.

Is there any Indian laws to protect us from this kind of exploitation? We cannot quit the job either because of the bond that we signed.

Someone please help us..
