Legal Question in Technology Law in India
My Query was " If i posted any comment on Social Networking site related to some personality or specific issue or topic than can any body sue on me or file a complaint on me and if he/she can file complaint than what are the remedy in favor of defense against it.
Hope to have a nice and soon answer on this and hoping to be in touch in future too.

If you try to tarnish someones image ,professionally or otherwise and take that persons name on any social network site etc then that person can file cases under the criminal and cyber laws of India. What has been done in maharashtra is not in consonance with law but political. General comments or fair criticism is not an offence under IT act
