Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Please refer me to a company in India that will build a web site for me. Also because I am not familiar with this company and I am in usa what kind of legal document or contract if any can I make to make it legal so I dont get ripped off and that the company has to make my web site exactly how I want it?

send the details of ur company and the purpose of ur site then we can prepare a legal draft / Agreement/ MOU to be sign between u and the site developer.
If u need to know any site developer then we may suggest u some top web designers also.
