Relieving Letter after notice period
Hi,
I am currently working with a company and the offer letter says following:
''You will be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of commencement of your service, which is liable for extension at the sole discretion of the company on the basis of your performance On successful completion of the probation period, your services will be confirmed in writing.
Either party can terminate this employment agreement by providing a written notice or payment of basic pay in lieu of such notice to other party. The notice period shall be one month during probation period and two months thereafter''
I joined in january 2008 and i didnt received any confirmation letter for confirmation of my services till now. Now i have resigned. As i didnt recd confirmation letter is 1 month notice sufficient ?
If they dont relieve me in 1 month what should I do ahead. Because i got one good opportunity to join in 1 month.
Please suggest.

Re: Relieving Letter after notice period
As per facts, 1 (one) month notice is sufficient from your side.
If they dont relieve you, thats their problem not yours'.
