Legal Question in Technology Law in India

Respected Sir, I am facing problems with illegal frequencies flowing over my residence past 5 years. It is causing physical health problems as well as problems with electronic devices at home. I've researched a lot about it on the internet and found that, there are thousands of people suffering the same(refer to the website peacepink.ning.com and freedomfchs.com).

The problem is that, the perpetrators use elf or such frequencies which interact with frequencies the human body posses naturally & has no known detector. Although as above mentioned, I am asking question about just illegal frequencies, these can do much more than just tourturing.

Hence, the question is, how can we(victims) ask the government to provide us shielding, detection, locating the source and punishing the perpetrators; while we dont even know who and why is some unknown organisation bombarding us with non-lethal weapons? (we suspect some organisation although we dont have evidences) Or could there be another way around to end this tourture legally?

You may prepare facts properly, create local area - residents' organization and file a PIL in Bombay High Court. First, you need to prepare the facts more thoroughly.
