Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Sir if any software developer makes a MLM software for a MLM Company who deals in different product package.through networking..and one day they disappear with all the money.....Is there any chance that software developer be legally accused (as he or she helped that MLM company by making software...) ? What precaution should the software developer take before making MLM software?
