sir

iam a web developer i designed and uploaded a site . and i use some images from google also. now after 2 years the owner of the images . the company in usa and they are telling thet they will file case against me. sir i want to know that is it possible for them to make a case against me . more over i got this image from googe and ther was no copy right mentioned in it.

please help me

What is the ground of suit mentioned by them? In case there is no copyright protection, they cant claim that.

They must be talking about infringement of the copyright or trademark.

They can very well sue you for the infringement.

certain material available on the net is governed by copy right laws. however, before he could initiate the suit, he has to prove the copyright on the material.
