SMS Copyright
Dear Sir, Can I create a commercial website (i.e. with ads on it) which has only a collection of well known puzzles and sms jokes. The website will not have anything other than these or does it amount to infringement of copyright? I am not sure if jokes or popular puzzles such as Einstein's puzzle have copyright in the first place..... Thanks!

It wont affect the copyright criteria.

No it wont amount amount to copyright infringement, you can publish those collections.
