Website Hosting Provider Issue
My website has been blocked by my website hosting provider claiming that my website has been blocked because of SPAM mailings going from my site. But the claim is not true and there is no such activity happened with my website and no SPAM mails goes from my mailbox. Inspite of repeating email replies, the hosting provider is reluctant to solve my issue as this has affected my business for the past 1 week. The legal dept of hosting provider is not giving proper response to my query and my issue is not solved yet. Is there anyway that I can take legal action against my website hosting provider? Pl do let know as I have already affected
by their poor service levels.

send them a notice to give details of the allegations and if they dont give file a case in consumer court
