by taking contents from various magazines.&newspapers ??

is it legal??

Yes it is legal provided you dont copy the whole article and re-publish it. Its better to start a blogging on certain contents.

yes its legal but legal formalities would be required to be completed like copyrights and other normal licences etc.

It depends as to how and in what manner you are taking the contents.You can make the quotes but otherwise you have to take permission from the author and publisher.
