Website Related Issue
I have hosted my website with a website hosting provider. Recently my website has been blocked by hosting provider legal dept claiming that I have sent SPAM mailings from my website. But I'm 100% confident of any such thing happened at my website. There is no proof clarified by the hosting provider to me and yet my service were blocked for more than a week. Is there anyway that I can sue the hosting provider for no fault on my side?

you can give them a notice to give u details of allegation with proof and mention that if that is not done in 7 days then you will claim damages.
in IT act the damages are in lakhs so if they are at fault then u can enrich urself.
