What wife can do,if husband hack her email account to get Resume from her

E-mail-Id to proof her employment in court,But on the other side,Wife has left the job 6months back,before filing the maintainence case in court.?

Can we lodge other case under IT act of HACKING Besides MAINTAINENCE Case?

What should wife write in our petition under this act..?

a complaint can be lodged under IT act as what your husband has done is not called legal hacking but proving the same may not be an easy task. you may post some more details.
