Legal Question in Technology Law in India
A women has committed suicide ,
And the suicide note blames person in the family & her Parents + Brother.
There are 3 or 4 are accused with different blames which has happened before 2 years.
Can Police arrest raise and FIR for this & Arrest some one with Suicide note alone (No evidence are available).
I Think this comes under Domestic violence Act if so does Limitation Act applies to Domestic violence Act in India?
