Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Hi I was working in an IT firm in Hyderabad which has 1 months notice period. I resigned and served full 20 days notice period and then discontinue with my job due to some personal resons. According my appointment I have 30 days notice but hr I have 3 month so I need help
Now this company is not providing me my Relieving and experience letter , however they are ready to do my full and final settlement.

HI,
The company can not with held your releiving letter after they settle with you.
You can send them a legal notice asking for the same.
Consult a lawyer .
