Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I have just written a web application, which allows users to filter data from a certain site according to their requirement. As a result of the said filtration process, the user is presented with a list of links (textual links only, no images at all on the site) according to the filter applied.
My dilemma in launching the application is that when user selects a certain filter, it leads to content which has nudity in it (all links presented on my site lead to content hosted and owned by the third party).
Am I liable under the Cyber Laws of India ?
