Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
A afghan boy who was born from a afghan father and a indian mother in india and after completing his primary studies his father left india foreever with his family.after twenty years the afghan boy came to india with a one month visa and now he is married and leaving in india for last one year.now the question is he want to get indian citizenship and secondly as he was born in india and did his schooling from india(and having his name in school records) can he claimed his indian citizenship.
