If a lease agreement contains the arbitration clause, the matter was dealt in a civil suit and final judgement was against the lease. Can he move an arbitration application after he lost the suit ?

Re: Arbitration
you have to use the option of arbitration first. Even in the civil suit it can be moved saying that it has no jurisdiction as this matter has to be dealt in arbitration

Re: Arbitration
You had to raise the plea of ARBITRATION at very first stage.since matter has finally been adjudicated hence now plea of ARBITRATION can not be raised.
