Can a member of legislature be expeled.

Can their be judicial review in the procedings of legislature.

Articles 105&194 pertains to the privileges enjoed by the MPs with regard to freedom of speech in the house.The MP enjoys immunity from any legal action with regard to his conduct in the house.

An MP can be expelled by the speaker for acting in a manner derogatory to the dignity of the house

Under Articles 122&212 the Courts cannot enquire into the proceedings of the house.
