Given Cash

Hi,

My friend was in problem and he was in too much finatial trouble, no one ready to help him. I have taken personal loan on my name and now he is not paying any installment. Also there was many transaction in cash, i have given lots of cash money to him and no one knows.

Can i do something in this matter, pls revert me in this matter.

all you ca do is persuade your friend to execute a promissory note or if he has any property you can ask him to execute sale agrement/ power of attorney in your favour. before that see if the property is free from encumbrance, attachment or charge. instead of feeding your friend you can teach him to fish! he can find his own food! ... as a friend you can do miracles! good luck!

first of all i appreciate your good human being quality. in this case you can make him to suffice your money you can either take a property which is on his name by a Power of Attorney or by a promissory note and the property should be free from any marketable charges or disputes
