Change spelling in surname
I want to change the spelling of my surname. It contains a letter ''A'' instead of ''E''. Can this be regarded as change in name and normal procedure be followed. I have a passport. All my certificates contain my fathers name with the initial of surname. Please advice.
Thanks in advance
