Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Cheque Bounce Fine
I had deposited a cheque for crediting into my account which bounced due to insufficient funds in the drawee--name removed--account. I am recovering the amount from him, however, the bank has applied a fine of 112 Rs. in my account for depositing the cheque? Are they allowed to do that? Am I liable to pay it?
