Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
CNG case
The Supreme Court exercised executive authority and its diretion impinged on the fundamental right to work of transport operators. This is a bad direction and violted the constitution. Is there a way to ensure it is not used as precedent in future

Yes, there are two ways - the affected paties may contest the issue again; secondly, the parliament may remove the defect in law which was the basis of supreme court decision and may enact appropriate laws to deal with the situation.
