commercial places can be use for small scale industry or garment factory. and if the owner the owner is using it on that same purpose, can the builder is against of it. what can the owner do?

HI,

Who appointed the builder? Normally the builder is appointed by the owner himself after detailed discussion upon the terms and conditions. Before going further, i would need some details namely:

1. Is the owner sole holder of the said property?

2. Why is builder apposing? and what are his plans submitted to the BMC.

3. Did owner sign any consent terms/agreement with builder? if yes, whats that?

4. Isnt the option of changing the builder available?
