the company , though a legal person , is not a citizen under the citizenship act , 1955 or the constitution of india, comment in brief .

The company cannot vote and if it was allowed to vote through its AR then there could be duplicacy of votes in the elections.

co.has seperate legal entity and it may b indian or foreign co.
