whther person who posseses HIV+ has a right to work?u/what article u/constition?if the disese in intial stage give recent case laws.

Refer Article 19, 21 & 14.
There is no bar to work for HIV + person.

an HIV +ive person is at par with any normal human being and is equally protected by our constitution. article 19, 14 and 21 are equally applicable to such person. u may mention the true facts as to how was that person restrained to work.
