There is no such thing as subversion; In India the Constitution never extinguished.

Theoretically, constitution does not extinguish upon its subversion, but loses its importance. Keep in mind constitution is subverted by the "Forces" only and subverted constitution remains in operation by "Forces", unless "Forces" are replaced with "Other Forces" who not only punish the "Forces" but restore the constitution in its earlier shape. It is never seen so far.
