Constitutional Right
In short, land belonged to my grand father acquired liberty granted to me to establish my right.At the time of acquiring various persons(agnates) & dead persons have given concent and the notification is on the dead persons, now the title is in my name but earlier I have moved the HC which dismissed my appeal stating bared by resjudicata & constructive resjudicata.But there is no order or the case was heard on merit.The SC also dismissed it without any speaking order. Now as I have established the title am I entitled for a constitutional right for the land which was acquired by way of fraud,without giving me an opportunity,consent by dead persons,not deciding on merits of the case in the previous times.Can you please give citations too.

it is very difficult to answer unless we know what the actual prayer sought in the HC and SC. now that you have acquired title - we do not understand what you are actually trying to do? get details and contact a good high court lawyer in your state!
