Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
In continuation to our previous question, we are the local indian employees (both male and females). Our salary slips are clearly reflect the huge difference contrary to the same designation. There is no special allownace being provided to any of the employee in the Embassy. We all are getting consolidated salaries without any break-up. Please also advice that whether it is the breach of our
fundamental right of equality. Also please advice whether we can file a writ in the High/Supreme Court. Your comments/guidance is valueable to us.
Thanks

In addition to answer given by my colleagues, keep in mind that employees working in a foreign country (in this case India) also get an additional wage for working away from their home country. Maybe this might make up for the difference ?
These employees also have to be paid according to the wage standards of the originating country.
yes, in this situation, a writ of mandamus is made out and the authority may be directed to follow the principles already laid down by the supreme court in various judgments in this regard.
