Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Dear Sir,
If property card contains the name of persons e.g. A,B,C,&D after the death of owner and the will is made in the name of E by the owner ,can E withdraw the name of A,B,C,D from property card by showing the will papers as proof to the property card officer or whether need to file a suit against A,B,C,D .what is the importance of property card. Can officer change the names without any notice to A, B, C, & D.what is the correct way to remove the names of above persons from the property card please advice.
