Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

Dear sir/madam,

i am staying in regd. society in mumbai. the commitee members wants to allot

fix car parking space in society compound to all members for one car.and for second car park they will allot depending upon space available but they want to cahrge double car parking fees.

please advise for following ---

- can commitee allot fix parking space in open parking space within society primises?

- can they charge double fees for second parking allotment in open society space?

- otherwise can they ask society member to park car outside society primises if still space is available??

that would depend upon the bye laws of the society approved by the registrar. if no provision, double rate cannot be charged. the matter may be amicably resolved in an arbitration by the registrar if brough to his notice
