Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

Dear Sir,

My name is Sushila of age 55yers I am staying in Maharashtra .After the death of my husband I had updated the property card at city survey office by removing my husbands name and added my name and other for children�s as a beneficiary (waras) .After 2 years I have taken the fresh copy of property card from the office it contains the same names of my and the children in computer and hard copy (on the same sheet no same page no, and same property )but I found one more person updated her name after 1year on the same property by removing my fathers name and added her name after few pages of the same sheet number .when I asked the officer for her computer copy he said the computer copy is not updated ,and because of mistake her name is updated .now he is saying, we will keep only one name among you or cancelled both names and you go to the court for final decision .when I enquired to other officers they told that only after removal of our names she can update her name otherwise not .please advice what is the correct way and we have any right to fight against the officer why should I suffer for there mistakes I am not understanding how the officer made another property card after 1 year by removing my husbands name which is already removed .who stand stronger please help.

Apply under the Right to Information Act for seeking information and explanation on the modifications without your application for insertion of any name other than you and your children.
