Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India

Dear Sir/s,

Myself and my friends were arrested under section 20(b) of NDPS and section 193/120(b) IPC for planting 95 grms of ganja in a bag of a lady staff working inside the airport premises. We all are victims but on the statement of the lady staff we were sent to judicial custody. In fact she was my friend for a long due to some mis-understanding we were separated. But in this case, instead of arresting the lady staff, she and her friend were presented for section 164 the entire 164 statement is depends upon our earlier relationship and she is suspecting that i may be planted the ganja in her bag through a friend of mine who is working inside the airport. But we are very sorry to say this we have not committed at conspiracy or any crime. So please sir, we need a good suggestion from your end at an early date please.

Thanking you,

with regards and anticipation,

Yours faithfully,

K. Ramachandran

in case you have done no wrong in the present case, you may put forth your version in the trial court including your past relation with the lady.
