The latest case decided by Supreme Court of India on this issue is "M.P.State Co-op Dairy Federation Ltd. vs Rajnesh Kumar Jaminder" decided on 15.4.2009 and cited as MANU/SC/0638/2009. Decided by Bench of Justice S.B.Sinha and Justice A.K.Ganguly. It covers all important cases decided earlier on whether a paerticular entity is a 'State' within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.
