Domicile certificate
Is it possible to get Domicile Certificate in the name of Person who dead before 7 years but before 7 year he is in Ahmedabad/Gujarat/India for last 50 Years. Shall I get domicile Certificate as a son of such person as mentioned above ?

When a person is dead there is no legal entity. It is not at possible by any means.

You cant get a domicile certificate in the name of person who is dead as there is no legal entity

Dead person has no legal entity,so you can not get domicile certificate in the name of dead person.
