Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Due to ambiguity I could not file a writ before Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh seeking permission for making an application for appearing/selection of Asst.Public Prosecutors recruiment, since our service rules/Asst.Public Prosecutors' notification had not permitted us to do so and within the closure of notification last date. Now the date of examination has been postponed by the Board to some other date. At this juncture, can I find a writ to that extent and it is in continuation of my earlier question in this regard.

You can definetely file writ petition and seek permission from the Hon'ble Court for appearing in the examination.
