Eligibility of twin children in second delivery

My employer offers welfare facilities for two dependent children.But I got twins in second delivery.Thus I have total three children(One + Twins) form two deliveries.Twins are eligible to consider as a single issue as they are the result of single delivery.

not possible... twins always means two entities how can it be made as one!

twins are meant to be two different indivuduals so cannot have one identity its not possible as an single issue

No, twins are not considered as single unit for availing the benefit.
