enquiry about law on language

Is there any law in our Indian constitution stating that a state has to write the signboadrs of their

shops with the mother tongue of their state.

The state govts are empowered by the constitution to enact laws for the state.

Your question is not clear.

All laws are written in the Constitution of India. A constitution mainly a source of law. The State governments are also competent to enact laws in their given sphere as per State List.

The States are entitled to use the State language in all official communications; e.g. in UP, the official language of the State is Hindi; whereas in Punjab it is punjabi. However, in Punjab the court language is English whereas in Rajasthan the court language is Hindi.
