Legal Question in Constitutional Law in
My father and mother died, we are three brothers and three sisters. My elder brothe is also died two years back. The property includes a house and agriculter land. My two brothers (Remaining) have sold the house and the money has distributed in two brothers and one and only son of eldest brother (Who has died). Now I spoken to my brothers and nephue and asked my share, all three agrees to give the money but I can not believe. I am living in Delhi ad my brothers and nephue are living in Bhopal. Before going for taking my share I wouldf like to confirm that:-
1.Am I right legaly for asking my share if yes as per which ruling or act. of IPC.
2. In case my brothers and nephue refuse to give my share, what would my course of action.
Hope that you will understand my problem and advise the legal action. Please note that my two sisters are not willing to take their share.
Thanks and Regards.

even if your sisters are not willing to take share, you are entitled to your 1/6th share in all the properties left by your parents.
