Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Fir wrongly lodged by girl on 14/1/2010 for 498a and other acts. already taken ab for husband, father and sister by sessions court in may 2010 and submited to resp. police stn and told the real situation. now after how many days this fir gets dismissed if charge sheet is not filed.

the I O may take as much time for filing of charge sheet. FI R does not get dismissed by afflux of time. FiR can only be quashed by HIgh Court or the person may be discharged of the offence by lower court.
You will have to wait and watch
