Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Hon'ble Sirs,
We are a registered society. We wish to create a research wing (unit) under it. We wish to know that "is there any legal/other binding on using the words like '.....council of india or ......federation of india' in its name?".

You may refer to the relevant Act, Regulations and the Bye-laws. In normal situations, the name should NOT include the phrases you mentioned.
