Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Kindly clear me regarding the exact time limitation(from the date of final registry or from the date of sale-agreement) to file the complaint case and civil case/suit for recovery(both) in court when a person sells a property through registry to other person inspite of a prior sale-agreement.
