Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
if a law is declared by one high court to be ultra vires the constitution and hence illegal, is it necessary for all the other high courts of india to declare the said law as illegal. is there any precedent for the answer to the above querry?

the judgment a high court would be applicable in that state only where it is situate. the supreme court has to uphold the judgment for its nationwide application.
