You may refer to the relevant provisions for appropriate guidance. Usually, a NBFC may require registration with RBI.

in terms of section 45-IA of the R.B.I act it is mandatory on the part of every N.B.F.C to be registered with the R.B.I to commence any business of an N.B.F.C as per the provisions of the R.B.I Act. for further assistance please contact us on our email id.
