maharashtra co operative societies act
my building has around 150 flats? I want to know what is the minimum number of members required to form a Co operative society ( Mumbai , Maharashtra )

No minimum limit. As there are 150 flats you can easily form a Co-op Hsg Society.

There is only a minimum limit for forming a coop society. However, a housing society may impose a ceiling on membership as per number of flats available and may maintain a waiting list. for local Act and rules, you may read the relevant statute and write us back for guidance/opinion about interpretation of any provision.
