Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
Can a managing commettiee memeber of a Co Op housing society of maharashtra can remain a member in the commettiee even if he is not residing in the said society (keeping his flat vacant or on rent.) But regularly attends the commettiee meetings and participate in society affairs?

yes he can. Coz his share in society as his flat is present and his interest are still with the society.

A flat owner does not lose his membership merely because he is not occupying the flat or has given the flat on rent.
